Corn On The Cob Recipe

 


Take your corn and shuck it thoroughly. Then rinse off and place in boiling water in a two quart sauce pan. Bring to a boil, be sure the lid's on the pan! Boil 6-10 minutes or until tender. Drain water, place on serving dish and cover with butter and salt for taste. Bon appetit! These are definitely delicious!

Deviled Eggs Recipe

 


Place eggs in a two quart sauce pan. Fill with water one inch above eggs. Set stove on high, bring to a complete boil with big bubbles. Turn off heat, let stand for 15 minutes. Drain, place in ice cold water for 15 minutes. Tap softly on the large end of each egg, peel carefully. Slice each egg into halves, take yolk out carefully and place in a small bowl. Add ¼ a cup of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of vinegar, a teaspoon of sugar, mix until smooth with a small spoon. Fill the holes in the eggs with mixture. Garnish with bacon bits. Bon appetit! The eggs are absolutely delicious!

NOTE: Do not stack eggs on eachother while cooking.

Macaroni and Cheese with Hot Dogs Recipe

 


Boil Mac and cheese with hot dogs for quick, nutritious dinner. Cook noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Test by cutting with a fork. Melt cheddar cheese in a saucepan on very low heat constantly stirring. Pour over macaroni, mix thoroughly, add one long hot dog, cook for fifteen seconds in microwave, cut into circles and garnish on top of macaroni and cheese. Add Italian green beans cooked in microwave for 35 seconds and serve with a tall glass of milk. Bon appetit! This meal was very delicious!

Cream Beef Biscuits Recipe

 


You cut the beef up real fine, heat it up in the microwave for two minutes, cool, drain, set aside. For the white gravy, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Gradually stir in milk so that no lumps form, and continue cooking and stirring until thickened. If the gravy becomes too thick, you may thin it with a little more milk. When gravy has thickened, remove from heat, add your corn beef, pour over already baked biscuits. Cook refrigerated biscuits for 11 minutes in stove at 350 degrees. Bon appetit! It was very delicious!

Burrito Recipe


In a bowl, combine the beans, salsa, rice and 1 cup of cheese. Spoon about 1/3 cup off-center on each tortilla. Fold the sides and ends over filling and roll up.

Arrange burritos in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Bon appetit! The burrito was delicious!

Pumpkin Bread Recipe

 


Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheight. Whisk three eggs, ¾ a cup of water and 3 tbsp of oil in a large bowl. Add baking mix; whisk until well blended. Pour batter into a lightly greased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Then, cover loosely with foil; bake an additional 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and edges of loaf start to pull away from the pan. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

The pumpkin bread was absolutely delicious, and I had fun making it!

Candied Yams Recipe




Open two cans of Princella sweet potatoes. Drain and put in mixing bowl. Add ½ cup of brown sugar two tsp. of soft butter, and two tsp. of maple syrup. Mix with mixmaster until smooth as mashed potatoes. Place in glass pan and add marshmallows on top. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Make sure marshmallows are golden brown on top. Cool, and bon appetit!

The candied yams were delicious and everyone loved them!
