Pumpkin Bread Recipe

 


Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheight. Whisk three eggs, ¾ a cup of water and 3 tbsp of oil in a large bowl. Add baking mix; whisk until well blended. Pour batter into a lightly greased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Then, cover loosely with foil; bake an additional 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and edges of loaf start to pull away from the pan. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

The pumpkin bread was absolutely delicious, and I had fun making it!

Candied Yams Recipe




Open two cans of Princella sweet potatoes. Drain and put in mixing bowl. Add ½ cup of brown sugar two tsp. of soft butter, and two tsp. of maple syrup. Mix with mixmaster until smooth as mashed potatoes. Place in glass pan and add marshmallows on top. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Make sure marshmallows are golden brown on top. Cool, and bon appetit!

The candied yams were delicious and everyone loved them!

Chicken, Broccoli, and Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Dip porkchop into flour on each side, season and put in Pam-sprayed skillet, brown each side of porkchop and simmer for ten minutes. Add two cups of broccoli in four cups of water. Place on microwave-safe dish and cook for six minutes. Bake potato in microwave, press baked potato button on microwave. When finished, peel potato, add butter, and a third a cup of milk, add salt. Blend until mashed. Bon appetit! This meal is absolutely delicious and very healthy for you!

Cinnamon Rolls Recipe


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (or 375 degrees F for dark or nonstick pan.) Separate into rolls. Place with sides touching in greased 8 inch or 9 inch round cake pan. Bake 13-17 minutes or until golden brown. Cut tip of packet with scissors and drizzle icing over hot rolls. For a faster bake method, place 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes. They were a bit hard, but they were really sweet!
