Dip porkchop into flour on each side, season and put in Pam-sprayed skillet, brown each side of porkchop and simmer for ten minutes. Add two cups of broccoli in four cups of water. Place on microwave-safe dish and cook for six minutes. Bake potato in microwave, press baked potato button on microwave. When finished, peel potato, add butter, and a third a cup of milk, add salt.
